Wireless, Intelligent Monitoring For Simplified Patient Management

Anthem RF CRT-P

The Anthem CRT-P device features wireless monitoring to simplify patient management from implant through follow-up. With the intelligence to sense and automatically adjust device parameters, the Anthem CRT-P is designed to maintain effective therapy and enhance patient safety. It is available in two versions: RF and inductive.

Streamlined Follow-ups

Faster access to key diagnostic data.

  • Daily automatic measurements may eliminate the need for in-clinic testing
  • RF and 64K telemetry means interrogations are up to three times faster to help reduce follow-up times1
  • Remote follow-up can be scheduled to take place automatically, with no patient interaction required (RF model only)

Daily Automatic Measurements: Atrium, RV and LV Columns with Capture, Sensing & Impedance Rows; All rows and columns display checkmarks.

Intelligent Optimization

Simple solutions deliver optimal therapy based on patient needs.

  • Comprehensive atrial arrhythmia management tools help ensure consistent therapy delivery
  • AT/AF alerts can be set to notify patients and their clinics when a programmed threshold has been exceeded
  • AF Suppression™ algorithm is clinically proven to suppress episodes of paroxysmal and persistent AF1
  • Triggered Pacing with BiV Trigger Mode promotes continuous BiV pacing, especially during AF, by triggering pacing in both ventricles in response to a sensed ventricular event
  • VectSelect™ programmable LV pulse configuration has four LV pacing vectors and allows lead adjustment to take place non-invasively using the programmer, saving time at implant and reducing the need for reoperation
  • Negative AV Hysteresis with search helps minimize the risk of losing BiV pacing by automatically reducing AV delay when intrinsic activity is present
  • QuickOpt™ Timing Cycle Optimization provides quick and effective AV and V-to-V optimization at the touch of a button to help improve patient outcomes

Enhanced Safety and Reliability

Design provides earlier detection of some clinical events.

  • Programmable audible alerts can notify patients to changes in device performance
  • Industry-leading longevity of 7.8 years2 – with stored electrograms turned on – is backed by a five-year warranty
  • Multiple hardware and software system safeguards ensure therapy delivery, even in the unlikely event of individual component failures
