The CPS Aim Inner Catheter is designed to assist with coronary sinus cannulation and branch vein subselection during left-heart lead delivery. It is compatible with other products in the St. Jude Medical™ Cardiac Positioning System (CPS™) family, an inter-compatible system of tools designed to deliver the left-heart lead to your first-choice destination.

When used in conjunction with CPS Direct™ SL outer guide catheters, CPS Aim cannulators facilitate coronary sinus cannulation.
- Five curve shapes with fluoroscopic visibility facilitate first-choice target vein access, even when encountering difficult angulation and tortuosity
- CPS Direct SL catheter can be tracked over CPS Aim subselectors into the target vein. Upon removal of CPS Aim subselector, the left-heart lead can be delivered directly through the CPS Direct SL catheter into the target vein.
