The CPS Venture Wire Control Catheter is the first deflectable catheter designed for steering guidewires successfully during left-heart target vein subselection. It is compatible with other products in the St. Jude Medical Cardiac Positioning System (CPS™).

  • Flexible, three-layered, coiled torque shaft is responsive and precisely translates torque for control and maneuverabiliy
  • Radiopaque distal tip facilitates quick and accurate positioning

Successful Left-heart Lead Delivery

  • Tip deflects up to 90 degrees to steer any 0.014-inch guidewire through the most challenging venous anatomies
  • Over-the-wire design permits you to easily make necessary wire exchanges
  • Wire movement is enhanced by the High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) inner lumen

Easy-to-use Design for Reliable Results

  • Torque handle provides excellent transmission from handle to tip for efficient wire placement in the vessel
  • Actuation knob provides fingertip control of tip deflection for ease of use during a procedure
  • 70 cm working length designed specifically to enable efficient left-heart guidewire placement
