Designed for deliverability, stability, and performance

QuickFlex LV Lead

The QuickSite LV bipolar and unipolar leads are highly innovative, technologically advanced left ventricular lead, designed for superb deliverability, exceptional stability, and lasting performance. Both models are implantable with a 7F introducer and include such features as S-shaped fixation, over-the-wire (OTW) or stylet-driven compatibility, and back- or front-loading capability.

The QuickSite XL model 1058T bipolar lead is based on the same platform as the 1056 leads and features a larger S-shaped curve fixation mechanism. Together, the QuickSite family of leads offers options designed to enable outstanding placement and stability.

Designed to Deliver

  • Steerable tip designed to improve maneuverability and navigation into tortuous veins
  • Same sleek profile for unipolar and bipolar models – 5.0F distal; 5.6F proximal
  • OTW or stylet approach compatibility gives the option of using either approach during the procedure to facilitate a successful implant
  • Composite lead body and conductors.  Polyurethane proximal lead body provides pushability and torqueability, while distal silicone body enhances tracking.
  • Fast-Pass™ coating allows multiple leads to slide against one another easily.  Designed to reduce potential for dislodgement of one lead while manipulating another lead.
  • PTFE-Coated Guidewire and Stylets designed to reduce friction and enhance guidewire and stylet insertion, and lead tracking

Exceptional Stability

  • S-shaped distal lead body is designed for stability in a wide range of vessel sizes
  • Exceptional 1% dislodgement rate for the QuickSite family
  • Grooved, circumferential tip allows for a small amount of tissue in-growth, which may enhance lead stability
  • Titanium nitride fractal coating facilitates tissue in-growth and fosters better contact with the myocardium for stable positioning

Performance that Lasts

  • Grooved, circumferential tip electrode enhances stability and thresholds
  • Titanium nitride fractal coating lowers polarization and increases stimulation efficiency
  • Low thresholds with steroid elution – 1.5 V at 3 months for unipolar and bipolar models
  • No diaphragmatic/phrenic nerve stimulation complications at three months with bipolar model; all observations (4.2%) resolved with programming
