Designed for patent foramen ovale (PFO) closures. Includes flexible, low-profile anchors that conform to the septal wall, independent anchors to facilitate positioning, and an adjustable tether, all giving you controlled conformance for confident closure.

The Premere PFO Closure system was specifically designed for patent foramen ovale (PFO) closures. The device includes flexible, low-profile anchors that conform to the septal wall. In addition, the independent anchors were developed to facilitate positioning and implantation. An adjustable tether connecting the left and right anchors is intended to adapt to varying septal anatomies. Finally, the device is produced with limited prosthetic material on the left side designed to encourage rapid endothelialization and to minimize the incidence of thromboembolic complications.
