The Therapy Cool Path irrigated tip ablation catheter has six equidistant irrigation ports on the distal tip designed for tip electrode cooling. The unique design of the Therapy Cool Path allows the catheter to maintain lower tip-to-tissue temperature with automated power control, monitored temperature feedback, and deeper, wider lesion creation. Irrigated ablation systems allow the creation of deeper and wider lesions with less charring and risk of coagulum formation by cooling the tip/tissue interface.
- Externally irrigated ablation catheter
- Six equidistant irrigation ports on the distal tip for electrode cooling
- Maintains lower tip-to-tissue temperature
- Aids in the creation of lesions
- Less charring and coagulum
- M, L, XL and FL curve configurations
- Additional braided option provides substantial transfer of torque for more responsive handling (see image at top of page)
The Therapy Cool Path with more internal braiding provides greater torqueability.
